Effective Date: June 13, 2026
Mr. Stump's Dentures ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. Mr. Stump's Dentures is a faithful Godot remake of the 2004 Clickteam MMF1.5 platformer game by Chris Street / Euphoric Rush. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through mrstumps.net and the playable browser demo and any related pages or services we operate (the "Services"), how we use and protect it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services you agree to this Policy. It works together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Services.
What we collect depends on how you interact with us. Not every category applies to every person. The Services are an informational website and a free, browser-based game demo; we do not run a store, take payments, or require an account to play.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or other U.S. state privacy laws, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes, then we delete or anonymize it. If you unsubscribe from email updates, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we can honor it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of marketing; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details under Contact. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Services and optional cookies and analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to remember preferences and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new Effective Date and, where required, provide additional notice.
