Effective Date: June 13, 2026
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION & JURY-TRIAL WAIVER (SEE THE "BINDING ARBITRATION" AND "CLASS ACTION & JURY TRIAL WAIVER" SECTIONS BELOW). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH MR. STUMP'S DENTURES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH ARBITRATION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, AND YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK ("AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES).
Welcome to Mr. Stump's Dentures, a faithful Godot remake of the 2004 Clickteam MMF1.5 platformer game by Chris Street / Euphoric Rush. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mrstumps.net, the playable browser demo, and any related pages or services we operate (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
"Mr. Stump's Dentures," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Services. You can reach us using the details under Contact below.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent.
The Services include a free, browser-based demo of the Mr. Stump's Dentures remake, provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The demo is a work in progress and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not charge for access to the Services and do not sell products through them.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorized access; scraping or overloading the Services; or harassing others. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
The 2026 Godot remake and the content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. The original 2004 game is the work of Chris Street / Euphoric Rush and is credited accordingly. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit (for example, messages you send us) but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Services and respond to you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR. STUMP'S DENTURES AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Stump's Dentures from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Please read this section carefully, it affects how disputes are resolved. Except for the carve-outs below, you and Mr. Stump's Dentures agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or by phone/video where the rules allow, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Carve-outs: either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.
YOU AND MR. STUMP'S DENTURES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The enforceability, scope, and validity of this waiver shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator. If this Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then the Binding Arbitration section shall be null and void as to that claim only, and that claim shall proceed in the courts identified below, but the waiver shall remain in full force for all other claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Mr. Stump's Dentures agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you waive any objection to such venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
